Miami Beach Gay Pride, a 2 days event featuring a Beach Party, a Festival and Parade along the Art Deco District in celebration of the LGBTQ Community.

Miami Beach Gay Pride is an extraordinary two-day event featuring a Beach Party and a Festival & Parade. The annual event brings together members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community, their friends, allies, and supporters in celebration of the unique spirit and culture of the LGBTQ community.

To create a truly celebratory experience, the Miami Beach Gay Pride presents dozens of LGBT-friendly vendors and businesses, celebrities, musical performers, refreshments, food, expo areas, stages with entertainment, and family-safe play areas. The Miami Beach Gay Pride 2017 takes place the length of Ocean Drive along the Art Deco district. Additionally, the event produces educational, cultural and entertainment events and activities throughout the year until event’s kickoff date.

Miami Beach Gay Pride, what to expect?

The event kicks off with an extraordinary big, bold, colorful parade at noon. The event attracts more than 100,000 people from all walks of life, all parts of the country, and all age groups for a three-day celebration.

There are other events – MBGP Legacy Couples recognition, a rainbow flag raising ceremony, a Pageant and Silent Auction, mega mixers and other ceremonies. Visit the event’s official website for detailed information on upcoming events.

Here’s a quick look back at 2016 Miami Beach Gay Pride parade…

The Miami Beach Gay Pride has grown from a neighborhood event to an event on the global stage. A-list celebrities such as Elvis Duran as Grand Marshal in 2016 with Iggy Azalea, Mario Lopez as Grand Marshal in 2015, Gloria Estefan as Grand Marshal in 2014 and Adam Lambert performing in 2013.

Recently, Miami Beach Gay Pride was named one of the “Top 100 Events of the Year” for the second year in a row by BizBash Magazine and won the Pink Flamingo Award for “Favorite Event” for the third year.
